The Millennium Challenge Account–Zambia II (“MCA-Zambia II”) is an autonomous entity established to implement the USD 491.75 million Millennium Challenge Compact between the Republic of Zambia and the United States of America (the “Compact”). The Compact supports economic growth through implementation of the Roads and Access Project, Asset Finance Project, Agriculture Policy Reform and Institutional Strengthening (“Ag PIR”) Project, and the American Catalyst Facility for Development (ACFD) Project.
